Bought a beautiful ceiling light for my hallway really pleased with the product.
My only complaint is the length of time it takes for delivery is far too long (2mth)

Delivery times are as stated, perfect quality

I've seen a few bad reviews on here which made me sceptical, after looking at multiple products it's clear that some items have a long shipping time. Saying that mine was supposed to come in a week's time, how ever I ordered on the Sunday morning and it arrived Monday morning. The products are brilliant and unique. Would happily shop here again, PEOPLE JUST NEED TO READ DELIVERY TIMES AS THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT.

Garden furniture

We bought a garden sofa and armchair, both arrived before scheduled time. Delivery was very efficient, good communication and friendly service. We are very pleased with the purchase and how easy the buying and receiving experience was. Thank you

Wasting my time

I ordered 2 planters from them. It did said on the website to be dispatched within 4 month, then closer to the date I got an email saying it would be delayed for another month. At this point, I don't know why I have been waiting for so long for these products that I don't even know if I like them. Plus, they charge for both delivery and return, which is ridiculous.

SO SLOW

SO SLOW ordered (and paid for) a pouffe on April 6th, estimated dispatch 8th July and a rug on May 9th - estimated dispatch on 3rd August. No idea how a business can be run with these timelines, I've never met anyone who said 'I could do with a new rug in 3-4 months'

Great service and excellent communication on all aspects from ordering to delivery information. Delivery no problems at all. Very happy again with the service, product and process.

Unbelievable wait times

We ordered a desk in February that said it would arrive within three months. We have just been informed that, for the fourth or fifth time, the delivery date has been pushed back. First May, then June, then July. Now, we should expect the desk in late August.
Seven months is horrendously long to wait for a piece of furniture. But what's worse is that the company keeps pushing the date back - bit by bit. Why can't they just be upfront when you order so you can make an informed decision?

Extremely poor

Extremely poor. Ordered a chair with a footstool - chair arrived after months of delay - only to be told footstool was no longer in stock. Now with a chair without foot stool. Latest ordered, nearly 5 months to arrive, but badly damaged. Nice products but won’t order through them again now.

Our fabulous wine rack arrived in great…

Our fabulous wine rack arrived in great time, it’s looks super on our kitchen wall. We used bigger screws than the ones send just to be sure, it was easy to fix and we are very happy with the end results.

Lule dining chairs & Copa Garden Aperitif

Recently purchased 4 x Lule dining chairs and Copa Garden Aperitif set. Both products were exceptionally packaged for delivery, really well made and incredibly functional & stylish. Highly recommend.

It's easy enough to get hold of customer service at Made.com. Just don't expect an answer, unless you post a negative review on Trustpilot. Then they'll be all over you like a cheap hooker.
